Immerse (Browser/GeForce NOW) Platform Requirements for Corporate Use

To ensure that NVIDIA GeForce NOW can function properly in your corporate environment, here are the network and software specifications you’ll need to review with your IT team.

1. Network Requirements

To run GeForce NOW within a corporate office, certain network configurations must be met. Specifically, your firewall needs to allow traffic through the following ports:

  • TCP Browser Client: Controlled by HAProxy: 49100, 443, Inbound and Outbound

  • UDP: Controlled by Proxy: 5004, Inbound and Outbound

  • Outbound to all of the IP's listed here.

Ensure that these ports are open both inbound and outbound. For GeForce NOW to function optimally, the firewall should permit communication with NVIDIA’s servers through these ports.

2. Software Requirements

  • Browser Compatibility:

    • GeForce NOW works with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.

3. Additional URLs to Whitelist

To ensure proper functionality, the following URLs should be whitelisted on your network:

  • gdn.nvidia.com/*

  • .geforcenow.com/*

  • .cloudmatchbeta.nvidiagrid.net/*

4. Additional Considerations

To achieve the best experience, it is recommended to use a wired Ethernet connection or a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection to avoid latency issues. Corporate networks should also disable VPNs or proxies that might interfere with streaming.

➡️ Next Steps:

Work with your IT team to review and apply these specifications. If any issues persist after following these recommendations, further troubleshooting may be necessary, such as testing with a more open network to rule out internal restrictions.

If the issues still persist, the Immerse Support Team is happy to set up a call to support and work through any additional challenges.
