How to cancel or reschedule a class

If you can't make it to a class or you accidentally scheduled it for the wrong time, don't worry! Canceling a class is easy - just follow the steps below:

Canceling a Class

To begin, log in on the Web App or in VR. You will be in your Homeroom.

  1. On the Home tab, draw your attention to the My Upcoming Classes section.

  2. Find and select the class that you want to cancel.

  3. Click the Cancel button.

  4. You will see that your class is cancelled. You will also receive an email confirming your cancelation. You can reschedule at any time.

  5. Press continue or go to schedule to begin your next activity.

Staff Canceled Class

In rare circumstances, Immerse may need to cancel a class. If Immerse Staff cancel the class, you will receive a notification email about the cancelation with the opportunity to register for a new class.
