How to Review Notes
During a Lesson, your Guide will send you notes and phrases that you can save, review, and access while in other scenes.
Viewing Past Classes
✨ Classes are listed in chronological order (newest to older) based on the date of the session. Each class tile shows the following information:
Language Function Icon (Symbol)
Level
Language Function Name
Title of the Class
Date of Class
✨ ADDITIONAL information will be displayed after pressing view notes from step 4:
Instructor/Guide that facilitated the session
Location/Scene the session was held in
Log in the to WebApp or Immerse VR app.
In your Homeroom, navigate to the Review tab.
Select the Past Classes tab.
Hover over the class tile to reveal and select a view notes button.
Scroll through to see notes sent by the Guide during the lesson.
Press back to return to all past class tiles.
Saving Notes
Once viewing the notes from a specific class by following the steps above:
Choose which class notes to save permanently and add them by pressing the My Notes button.
Once added to your notes, this option will be dimmed out.
✨ You can also save Class Notes while in a live session by accessing your notes following the steps below and selecting +My Notes on the word or phrase you wish to save.
Viewing My (Saved) Notes
Notes that you've saved permanently by selecting the My Notes option will appear in this section.
My Notes are listed in chronological order, newest to oldest, by the date they were saved.
My Notes houses saved entries regardless of the lesson's language or level.
To delete a saved note, select the trashcan icon in the upper right corner of the note.
You also have the ability to create and add in your own notes for review.
Accessing Notes While in a Scene
All notes in My Notes are accessible at any time and will never be deleted.
VR
In VR, press the A button on your RIGHT controller to open your notes menu.
You can also press and hold the A button to see the menu LARGER in front of you.
Select > Class Notes > My Notes to see all saved notes.
Computer
In the browser application, press SPACE to open to Tool Kit or click on the icon on screen
Select > Class Notes
Select > My Notes tab
How to Review My Notes Offline
