💡 How to cancel your subscription or free trial depends on whether you signed up in the VR app or on the web app. For either cancelation:
After canceling, you can return to the Manage Subscription menu to find that you still have access to use your subscription for the remainder of the billing cycle.
Keep in mind, you can always renew the plan to make it active again for the following month.
Immerse does NOT allow refunds for any subscription charges.
How to Cancel a Subscription Created in VR (Meta Subscription)

If you signed up for an Immerse Membership in the VR app from your Homeroom, then you must cancel through your personal Oculus Profile page.
Below are Meta's instructions for canceling your subscription with Immerse.
From the Meta Mobile App:
Open the Meta Quest Mobile App
Click > Menu
Click > Settings
Scroll and Click > Subscriptions
Chose the Immerse Unlimited subscription
Cancel by clicking > Cancel Subscription
From your Meta Quest headset (in-VR):
Put on your headset.
Select Your Account in the Store left sidebar.
Select Subscriptions.
Select the app you want to cancel your subscription for (Immerse).
Select Cancel Subscription.
Select Confirm.
From Browser on Meta.com:
Click your profile image in the top right from Meta.com.
Click Profile.
Click Subscriptions.
Click on the app you want to cancel your subscription for (Immerse).
Click Cancel Subscription.
Click Confirm.
Starting from the Immerse Dashboard?
To cancel your membership from the Immerse Dashboard, you may navigate to your Oculus Account by following the steps below:
Sign in the Immerse web app.
Click on your your profile icon and select My Account.
Go to Subscriptions > Subscription Options
Click the Manage Subscription button.
Follow the link to the Oculus subscriptions page to complete the cancelation.
How to Cancel a Subscription Created on Desktop (Immerse Subscription)
If you signed up for an Immerse subscription on the web app, please follow these steps:
Log into the Immerse WebApp.
Click on your profile icon and select My Account.
Go to Subscription > Subscription Options.
Click the Manage Subscription button below the subscription plans.
Click on the white Cancel plan button to proceed with cancelation.
Press the green "Cancel Plan" button and provide a reason for your cancellation.
Your plan is now canceled, and you won't be charged the following month.

Although your account is canceled, you will have access through the entirety of the last paid period.
