Gaining fluency is so exciting! Taking the placement test in the beginning is the best way to get started. But when is the right time to move to the next language fluency level in Immerse?
Assessing Your Language Level and Fluency Assessment
You can take the language level assessment at any time from the account settings section of your profile page.
Log in to your Immerse Homeroom.
Click on your profile photo in the upper right corner of your screen.
Check that you're on the overview tab and can see your stamps.
Under your tracked learning data, select the yellow Take Test button.
Select the yellow Start assessment button to open the exam in a new tab of your browser. (In VR this will open the browser app, which will be superimposed over the Immerse world. (Like when opening your Meta menu.)
🔔 Assessment Reminder
Don't worry, we will also send you automatic reminders to take this assessment as you make progress so that you always know when it is time to level up! The target to reach in order to trigger this notification is completion of 80% of the lessons offered for that level.
💭Keep in mind:
You will only be able to see classes for your selected level on the schedule.
You will need to manually change your language level to access classes at that level on the schedule.
The upcoming classes section of the home page will show all booked classes regardless of their level.
