How do I ask for the Guide's help during class?

Asking for Help Mid-Class

We realize that classes can move fast, and your Guide may not always be next to you to answer questions or support with issues you are having.

We have included a "Help" button for both Desktop and VR users.

The Help Button:

  • Can be used only during a class.
  • Privately notifies the guide of help you require - so they can come to assist you.
  • Contains 3 help request types:
    • Help with the activity
    • Help with another student
    • Help with technical troubles

Asking for Help During Class in VR

To submit one of the three help request options in VR:

  1. Open the Notes Menu on your right-wrist by pressing the "A" button
  2. Select the "Help Hand" on the bottom left of the Notes Menu

  1. Choose your request and confirm
  2. Your Guide has been notified and will assist you soon!

Asking for Help During Class in Desktop

To submit one of the three help request options on Desktop:

  1. Find and select the "Help Hand" on the right toolbar

  1. Choose your request and confirm

  1. Your Guide has been notified and will assist you soon!
