How to Report a Bug
We want to fix your bugs! However, many times it can be hard to repair bugs without enough information on them. If you find something wrong with the application and wish to report it for repair, please contact our support team with a full report containing the following:
- Describe exact steps to reproduce the problem.
- Describe what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Provide any and all screen shots or recordings you may have.
If there is something wrong on the most up-to-date version of the application but you lack any of the information above, please send us a message anyway so we are aware of the issue.
