I need to report a bug

We want to fix your bugs! However, many times it can be hard to repair bugs without enough information on them. If you find something wrong with the application and wish to report it for repair, please contact our support team with a full report containing the following:

How to Report a Bug

Bugs can me submitted to our team by contacting support@immerse.online or by messaging us through our support icon.

The Support Icon can be found at the bottom right of any page on the Support Center.

  1. Be sure you are on the latest version of the Immerse application. 
  2. Provide any screen shots or recordings you may have.
  3. Describe exact steps to reproduce the problem.
  4. Describe what you expected to happen and what happened instead.

If there is something obviously wrong on the most up-to-date version of the application but you lack any of the information above, please send us a message anyway so we are aware of the issue.
