Joining Booked Classes

✨ Lesson VIPs (Very Important Points)

  • Scheduled classes happening within the next hour will have a countdown to show how many minutes are left before class starts on the WebApp Home page.

  • Immerse sends out 30 minute reminder emails before classes begin.

  • The Cancel Class option on booked classes will change to the Join Now button 5 minutes before the class start time, and you will no longer be able to cancel.

  • You can join class up to 5 minutes early and a countdown timer will begin.

  • If you are late to the class, you can join up to 10 minutes after the start time.

  1. Log in to the Immerse Web App and make sure you're on the Home page.

  2. Click the Launch Immerse button.

  3. This will open the Immerse app in a different browser tab using NVIDIA. You will be in your Homeroom after launching the app.

  4. The Home tab will be selected and you will see My Upcoming Lessons section with your booked classes.

  5. At the time of the lesson, find the class card for your scheduled class and click Join Now. You will be transported to class.

Joining a Class that's Live Now, Without Registering Ahead of Time

✨ Lesson VIP (Very Important Point)

  • You are able to join live classes that you didn't previously book a seat for, within the first 5 minutes of their start time. After this they will be greyed out.

  1. Log in to the Immerse Web App and make sure you're on the Home page.

  2. Click the Launch Immerse button.

  3. This will open the Immerse app in a different browser tab using NVIDIA. You will be in your Homeroom after launching the app.

  4. When an unbooked class at your selected level is live, it will be highlighted with a gold LIVE NOW outline under the Recommended section of the Home tab.

  5. Select VIEW to see more details about the class or Select JOIN to hop in!

👋🏻 Exiting Class - If you wish to exit class for any reason, press the "spacebar" or the "Esc" key and click Leave.
