Classes can move fast, and your Guide may not always be next to you to answer questions or provide support with issues. We have included a Help button so that you can request help from your Guide during lessons.
The Help Button:
Can be used only during a class or event.
Privately notifies the guide about the type of help you requested - so they can come and assist you.
Contains 3 help request types:
Help with the activity
Help with another student
Help with technical troubles
Asking for Help During Class (VR)
To submit one of the three help request options in VR:
Open the Notes Menu on your right wrist by pressing the A button on your right controller.
Select the Help Hand button on the bottom left of the Notes Menu.
3. Choose your request and confirm.
4. Your Guide has been notified and will assist you soon!
