Downloading the IMMERSE Desktop Application

Some clients may need access to the downloadable desktop version of the IMMERSE Application. The instructions below will help those clients download the correct application for their computer setup.

Be Advised

  • The IMMERSE Desktop Application is NOT compatible with Mac Computers. Mac users are encouraged to access IMMERSE on our Browser Application only.

  • Please ensure you have reviewed these technical requirements for running IMMERSE on your corporate/private network with the Downloadable Desktop Application.

Downloading for Windows

Click the “Download Windows App” button on the page that opens.

Once downloaded:

  1. Unzip the zip. file and launch the 'ImmerseSetup.exe' file.

  2. Open the application.

  3. Login with your IMMERSE Account login details.

  4. Explore the application by clicking the "Help" button in the top right-hand corner of the Homeroom and take the tutorials.

Access Keys

Are you a partner/institution who has been given an Access Key to login with? If you have an Access Key, it will be required when you open the Immerse application for the first time.

You can bypass the login and use your Access Key by following these steps:

  1. Press the "Click Here" below the email input field.

  2. Enter your Access Key and click "Submit."

  3. Explore the application by clicking the "Help" button in the top right-hand corner of the Homeroom and take the tutorials.

What is my Access Key?

For questions about your Access Key or Lesson Code, consult your institution’s administrator.

Warning

Access Keys should not be shared externally as they main contain information that is proprietary to your institution.
