What display languages does IMMERSE support?

At this time, the IMMERSE web application, support center, and virtual application can be configured to display English, Spanish, French, and Japanese for navigational purposes. It is our goal to localize to other languages in the coming year.

You can change the display language in both the IMMERSE WebApp and the Homeroom. Follow the steps below to update your language preference.

✨ Before logging in, on the login screen and before entering your credentials, you can change the display language, as shown in the picture below.


Change Display Language in the WebApp

  1. Log in to the IMMERSE WebApp.

  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select My Account from the dropdown menu.

  4. Go to the Account Info tab.

  5. Find the Display Language setting.

  6. Click on the dropdown menu and select your preferred language.

  7. The interface will update automatically to reflect your selection.


Change Display Language in Homeroom

  1. Enter the IMMERSE Virtual Environment (Homeroom).

  2. Open the Settings Menu.

  3. Locate the Display Language option.

  4. Choose your preferred language.


Change Language in the Support Center

The IMMERSE Help Center can also be viewed in multiple languages.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of any Help Center page.

  2. Click the language selector.

  3. Choose from English, Spanish, French, or Japanese.
