Immerse Gift Cards
Electronically delivered gift cards are available in 3 denominations; representative of the 3 different membership options Immerse offers.
Note:
Codes generated by these gift cards can only be used when subscribing through Stripe directly from the WebApp or during account creation online (not through Meta Quest VR). This does not prevent users from logging in to use the VR app.
Purchasing an Immerse Gift Card
Go to the gift card purchase page here.
Select the length membership you want to gift (1, 3, or 6 months) and click Buy.
Fill in the required information (your name, recipient's name, optional message).
Choose whether to send the gift card to the recipient's email (fill in their email if so) or print it out to physically hand to them.
Choose whether to send the email immediately or on a scheduled future date.
Press continue to view order summary.
Input your own email address and payment details.
Click pay now and send away!
How to Redeem a Gift Card as a Recipient
Recipients will receive an email containing a code that they will use when subscribing. Or this code will be physically located on the print out if you choose that option. This code can only be used when subscribing through Stripe directly from the WebApp or during account creation online (not through Meta Quest VR). This does not prevent users from logging in to use the VR app.
New to Immerse
During the sign up process when asked to select a subscription plan choose the one that corresponds to the amount of your gift card.
Input the code from your email into the Add Promotion Code section of the checkout window (shown below).
Input your payment information (just a formality, you won't be charged because the gift card will be applied after trial instead)
Press continue.
Already Existing Immerse Account - but not subscribed yet
Sign in to the WebApp
Click the blue View Membership Options button located on the Home page under your name
Follow steps 3-5 from above
Already in a paid membership but received a gift card?
Contact our support team at [email protected] to have the code applied to your pre-existing account so that it can be used when your subscription renews again.
