How to add a payment method on Stripe

To add a payment method, you will need to access your Stripe subscription information through your Immerse Account on the web app.

Follow the instructions below to access your Stripe subscription information and add a payment method.

  1. Open the IMMERSE WebApp.

  2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.

  3. Select My Account >Subscription > Manage Subscription.

  4. Select Add Payment Method and set the payment method as the default.

💡 Payment Failed? Here's What You Can Do

If your payment didn't go through, don’t worry—there are a few ways to resolve it:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours, and we can manually retry the payment for you.

  2. Remove and re-add the same payment method. If the failure was due to insufficient funds, this often prompts a successful retry.

  3. Retry the payment yourself. You can access the failed invoice at the bottom of the page and attempt to pay again using your existing payment method.

  4. Let the subscription cancel, then restart your plan anytime. This won’t affect your account data, progress, or saved information—it’ll simply begin a new billing cycle.
