Need to update your password, email, or language level? Follow the steps below to make changes to your IMMERSE account.
Reset Your Password
Forgot Your Password
If you do not remember your password, follow these instructions to reset it:
Go to your Dashboard Login.
Click Forgot Password.
Follow the link in your email to reset your password.
Didn’t get the reset email? → Sometimes, email providers block the reset email because they don’t recognize the sender. To ensure you receive it, please add [email protected] to your contacts list and try again. 🙂
If you still don’t receive the email, contact [email protected], we’ll reset your password for you and investigate the issue.
Change Your Password (If You Know Your Current Password)
Log in to the WebApp.
Go to: Profile Picture > My Account > Password.
Enter your current password.
Create and confirm your new password.
Click Confirm to save.
Change the Email on Your Account
At this time, you cannot change the email associated with your IMMERSE account.
Entered the wrong email when signing up? → If you used an incorrect email and cannot log in, contact [email protected]. Our Support Team will change your account email to one that works for you! No need to create a new account. 🤗

From inside your Homeroom
