How to add a payment method on Stripe

To add a payment method, you will need to access your Stripe subscription information through your Immerse Account on the web app. Follow the instructions below to access your Stripe subscription information and add a payment method.

  1. Open the Immerse WebApp.
  2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.

  3. Select My Account.

  4. Select Subscription > Manage Subscription.

  5. Select Add Payment Method and set the payment method as the default.
