How do I get a refund?

Billing and Refunds

The billing for Immerse is handled entirely through Meta's billing and payment system and is therefore subject to its rules. Unfortunately, Meta does not provide refunds for subscription charges (see Meta Content Refund Policy here). If you wish to discontinue a membership with Immerse, follow the instruction link at the bottom of this article to cancel your membership so you do not get charged again.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you are interested in a refund, it is our recommendation that you cancel your account to ensure that you are not charged on the next monthly billing period. Follow these instructions to cancel your account on your Oculus Account, before pursuing your refund with Meta.
