How to inquire about a refund?

This process will be different depending on whether you are a Meta or Stripe subscriber.

Billing and Refunds for Meta Subscribers (signed up in VR)

The billing for Immerse's VR app is handled entirely through Meta's billing and payment system and is therefore subject to its rules. Unfortunately, Meta does not provide refunds for subscription charges (see Meta Content Refund Policy here). If you wish to discontinue a membership with Immerse, follow the instruction link at the bottom of this article to cancel your membership so you do not get charged again.

Don't forget to cancel!

Regardless of the outcome of your refund request, you will still need to cancel your subscription so you do not get charged again.

Billing and Refunds for Stripe Subscribers (signed up on WebApp)

The billing for subscriptions set up through the web app is handled through Stripe by Immerse. Like Meta, Immerse does NOT offer refunds for subscription charges. This is outlined in the Terms of Service and reiterated on all invoices and receipts.

If you have extenuating circumstances that you would like considered by Immerse, please notify support@immerse.online and give reasons for your request. Please only do this after you have canceled your subscription. If accepted, a refund will be issued and funds will return to your account within 5-10 business days.

Don't forget to cancel!
