How do I start a Free Trial?
Updated over a week ago

Immerse offers a 14-day Free Trial. You have two weeks to explore our product and join some classes and events before you decide whether to continue with a subscription.

You will not be able to book classes until you complete the signup for a 14 Day Free Trial.

Creating an Account

New users will be prompted to begin their free trial during account creation. You can do this online through our web app or in VR.

If you have any problems during the sign-up process, please notify our support team and we will help you get started!

Signing Up for a Free Trial (Web App)

After you create your account, your status is Not Subscribed until you start your Free Trial.

To start your Free Trial on a pre-existing account:

  1. Click on the blue View membership options button located on the Home page of the web app.

  2. Choose a subscription payment plan option. Don't worry, you can switch it later (during the trial or at the end of your first billing cycle).

  3. Enter your payment information, and make note of the payment date.

Signing Up for a Free Trial (VR)

  1. There is no way to log into the VR app without having an active subscription.

  2. When you log into an account that is not currently subscribed (either from not starting a trial when the account was created on a computer, or from creating a VR account a long time ago), you will be prompted to choose a membership plan in order to begin your free trial period.

  3. If there is a credit card associated with your Meta account, it will populate automatically. If not, you'll add your credit card information here.

🥳 You are now signed-up for a Free Trial and your account status is Subscribed. You now have unlimited access to all of Immerse's features. Now you can book classes and practice with others!
