🍳 New “Cooking School” Scene
Explore the Cooking School, our newest immersive environment for lessons. It's perfect for real-world scenarios and adds more flavor to your language learning journey!
🔁 Cooking School vs. Kitchen
We still have several lessons in the old kitchen scene (below), but will be gradually moving those lessons into this new space (above) as a permanent replacement in the future.
🧍♂️ New Meta Avatar Presets
Members can now choose from 32 high-quality Meta avatar presets, especially helpful for those on non-VR devices or without Meta accounts.
That is right, you do not need a Meta account to use these avatars.
These avatars include legs.
Presets can not be customized, but IMMERSE avatars remain available too for more optionality.
💡 How do I change to a New Meta Avatar Preset?
You can access the list of new presets through your profile icon.
Login to IMMERSE on your Computer.
Click > Profile Icon on the top right
Select > Avatar > Meta > "Select a Preset Avatar"
Make your selection from the preset options.
Jump into IMMERSE with your new look!
📊 Smarter Lesson Cards
You’ll now see High or Low difficulty indicators on Web App lesson cards, helping you choose the right lesson at a glance. These difficulty indicators let you know the difficulty range of all the lessons within your selected level.
🌍 Portuguese Now in All Language Games
Portuguese is now supported in Language Exchange and Commons games, joining our list of supported target and display languages. No need to switch your target language, just pick the language on the game board!
💻 Computer Zoom Now Clickable
The Quick Zoom feature on Computer is now fully clickable, making it easier to navigate scenes and focus on key activities. You can also press the "Tab" key to zoom.

Standardized Date Format: All dashboard dates now show as
MMM DD, YYYY(e.g., Mar 20, 2025).New Dashboard Metric: "Attended Async Activities" are now visible on the Overview page.
"HR Admin" Identification: Icons now show which users are HR Admins.
Localized Excel Exports: Column headers reflect the selected display language (EN, ES, FR, JP, PT).
Updated Time Filters: Filter by Last 7, 30, 90 days, or All Time.
Cleaned-Up Metrics: HR Admin activity now excluded from learner engagement stats.
🐛 Error Fix: Users with invalid tokens are now redirected to login, not shown a 500 error.
