2. Use the Help Center Beacon
The Help Center Beacon is available across multiple platforms:
Main Website: Navigate to our official website and click the Help Center Beacon. 🌐
Help Center: Open the Help Center directly and use the Beacon to contact support. ❓
The Beacon allows you to type your query or use speech-to-text functionality (if in VR). If our AI support chatbot cannot resolve your issue, click "Wait for the Team 👥" to have your message routed to our inbox.
ℹ️ Please note that these messages are triaged alongside others in the inbox and are not part of a live chat due to staffing limitations.
3. Message Us on Facebook Messenger
You can reach our support team via Facebook Messenger in several ways:
From a Comment: 💬 Click on the link provided in a comment from our support staff.
From Our Posts: 📒 Click on the IMMERSE name from one of our company’s posts.
Search Directly: 🔎 Search for IMMERSE in Facebook Messenger.
Facebook Messenger is accessible on your phone, on a computer, or even inside your VR headset. Simply type your query, and we’ll respond as soon as we can. ✅

Facebook Messages go to our Support Inbox and are handled based on priority and time of submission.
Even if having a real-time back-and-forth conversation with a Support Agent, they may need to step away to address other issues. It could take up to 24 hours for a reply.
While we don’t have a live chat feature at this time, this option ensures you can easily connect with us from wherever you are without leaving Facebook.
4. From Inside IMMERSE (in VR)
If you’re inside IMMERSE, you can access the Help Center without leaving the app:
From your Homeroom, click the life preserver icon next to your profile picture.
Select "Help Center" to open the Help Center page.
In VR: The browser will open in front of you. 🔦

Use the Messenger Beacon to type your query or use the speech-to-text feature to contact our support team. ✏️
