Analytics Dashboard Manual

All about your Dashboard and how to effectively track your learners' activity.

Updated over a month ago

The IMMERSE Analytics Dashboard is where you can track and manage all of your learners and their activity on our platform, keeping you informed and empowered.

After logging in, you’ll see the  Dashboard (1) and  Learners (2) tabs on the left, with your business name displayed on the right. This top section is also where you can  reset your dashboard password (3) or switch the  display language (4) if needed.

📊 Dashboard

In the  Dashboard (1) tab, you’ll find a quick snapshot of key metrics:

Overview

In the Overview (5) section you'll see:

  • the last time the data was updated on the page (5)

  • the total number of learners you have enrolled across all contracts (6)

  • the percentage of learners who have logged in at least once (7)

  • and the percentage who’ve successfully attended a class (8).

These metrics give you a real-time pulse on learner engagement. You can also filter the time frame (9) for these metrics to view engagement data from all time, the last 30 days, the past 7 days, or just today.

Learning Summary

Beneath the overview, you’ll find a Learning Summary (10) that dives deeper into learner activity:

  • Average Time on Site (11): This shows how much time, on average, learners are spending on the platform—helpful for understanding overall engagement.

  • Daily Usage Chart (12): A detailed graph lets you see how learner activity fluctuates day by day. Peaks and valleys on this chart help you understand patterns in usage over time.

  • Location Breakdown (13): If you have learners across different locations, this section shows engagement data by region, helping you identify where your learners are logging in from.

To the right, you’ll see the Total Classes Attended (14) by all learners, along with the Average Class Rating (15) based on learner feedback. There’s also a Pie Chart (16) displaying the distribution of learners across different proficiency levels, including any who haven’t yet selected a level. This gives you a clear view of the skill levels represented in your program.

👥 Learners

When you click into the Learners (2) tab, you’ll have a more detailed view and management options for each learner across your contracts:

  • The main landing page shows all learners. To focus on learners within a specific contract, simply select that contract from the contract dropdown menu (17) at the top left.

  • Each learner’s profile (18) includes their:

    • Name, Email, & Geographical Location

    • Starting Level & Current Level

    • Average Time Spent in IMMERSE

    • Login Frequency & Number of Classes Attended

    • Average Class Rating

    • Assigned Manager (at your institution)

    • Account Status (whether they are active on the platform, still in the onboarding phase, or have been deactivated)

If you have available licenses (19) under your contract, you can easily invite new learners by clicking the Add Learner (20) button on the right. This lets you utilize your licenses to their full potential by adding new participants one by one or in bulk.

⚠️ Notice: Access to the feature for adding new learners is customized for each of our clients. If you don’t see this option on your dashboard, it simply means that this feature hasn't been enabled for your account. For more information or to explore the possibility of gaining access, please feel free to reach out to our sales team here.

To make changes to an existing learner, select their contract, mark the checkbox next to their name, and click the three dots on the far right (21). This menu lets you:

  • Resend the Registration Link if they’re still in onboarding,

  • Edit or Update learner details,

  • Deactivate a learner if necessary,

  • Or, Assign the learner to a different contract if their needs or status changes.

Remember, these actions must be performed within the context of a specific contract, not across all contracts at once.

✨ Additional Features Coming Soon

The abilities to filter by specific metrics (22), export data (23) for your learners, and view individual learner activity (not pictured) are currently under construction. Once these features are released, we’ll update this article to guide you through them. In the meantime, if you need any specific data, please reach out to our Support Team—we’ll gladly compile a report for you.
