How do I start a Free Trial?

Immerse offers a 14-day Free Trial. You have two weeks to explore our product and join some classes and events before you decide whether to continue with a subscription. You will not be able to book classes until you complete the signup for a 14 Day Free Trial.

Creating an Account

To start a Free Trial, first you must create an account on your computer. You can do this online through our web app or in VR.

If you have any problems during the sign-up process, please notify our support team and we will help you get started!

Signing Up for a Free Trial (Web App)

After you create your account, your status is Not Subscribed until you start your Free Trial.

To start your Free Trial:

  1. Click on the blue View membership options button located on the Home page of the web app.

  1. Choose a subscription payment plan option. Don't worry, you can switch it later (during the trial or at the end of your first billing cycle).

  1. Enter your payment information, and make note of the payment date.

  1. You are now signed-up for a Free Trial and your account status is Subscribed. You now have unlimited access to all of Immerse's features. Now you can book classes and practice with others!

Signing Up for a Free Trial (VR)

  1. After creating an account and logging in to the VR app, you'll be in your Homeroom. Click on the You tab to view your account details.

  1. Under the Account tab to the right of the mirror, click on the Membership - Manage your subscription option.

  1. To begin your Free Trial, choose a subscription payment plan option. Don't worry, you can switch it later (during the trial or at the end of your first billing cycle).

  1. If there is a credit card associated with your Meta account, it will populate automatically. If not, you'll add your credit card information here.
  2. You are now signed-up for a Free Trial and your account status is Subscribed. You now have unlimited access to all of Immerse's features. Now you can book classes and practice with others!
