Troubleshooting Connecting Your Headset To Wi-Fi

Change the Wi-Fi within the Quest 2 (Headset Version)

  1. Press on your right Touch controller. 
  2. Look at the universal menu.  
  3. Select  
  4. Select Wi-Fi.
  5. Select the Wi-Fi network.
  6. Enter the password for the Wi-Fi network, if necessary.
  7. Select Connect to connect to the Wi-Fi.


Change the Wi-Fi with the Oculus App (Phone Version)

  1. Turn on your headset. 
  2. Open Oculus app on your phone.
  3. Tap Settings from the bottom menu.
  4. Tap the headset that you are currently using.
  5. Tap Wi-Fi.
  6. Tap the new Wi-Fi network .
  7. Enter the password, if necessary.

Tip: Check the Oculus Support Site for additional information on wifi and network settings.
