How do I cancel my membership if I upgraded on the web?
Log into your web account.
Go to "My Account" by clicking the profile picture in the top right.
Select "Subscription" from the menu at the left.
Click the green "Subscription Options" Button.
Go to "Manage Subscription" below the different options.
Click on the white "Cancel plan" button to proceed with cancelation.
Press the green "Cancel plan" button and provide a reason for your cancellation.
When you go back to "Manage Subscription" you'll notice that you still have access to use your class credits for the remainder of the billing cycle. Or you can renew the plan to make it active again for the following month.
Your plan is now canceled and you won't be charged the following month.
