Registering for and Canceling Classes on Desktop

Registering for a Class

You can register for classes from a computer in two places:

WebApp

1. Sign-in to the WebApp using the credentials used to create an account.
2. Click "Schedule" and click on the class you want to register for.

3.  Click "Book My Spot". Classes you have registered for will show up under the "MyClasses" tab.

In the Desktop App

You can also register for class from inside the Desktop App.

1. Log in to the Desktop App and select the "Schedule" tab from the Dashboard.
2. View the Class you want to register for.
3. Click "Book my Spot". Classes you have registered for will show up under the "Upcoming" tab.

After you register, you will receive an email confirming you have booked your class.

For Lessons, the email will contain a link to preparation material. Take a few minutes before class to review for the best class experience.

Canceling a Class

You can cancel until right before a class begins.

1. Sign-in to the Immerse App and click on "MyClasses", if on the WebApp, or "Upcoming", if at the Dashboard in the App.
2. Select the Class you want to cancel, and click the "Cancel Class" button. You will no longer be registered for the class and the class credit will be returned to your account.

After you cancel, you will receive an email confirming you have canceled your class.
